***SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE!***About Florence HospitalFlorence Hospital, a campus of Mountain Vista Medical Center, is a 36-bed hospital offering emergency care, as well as surgical, imaging and laboratory services to residents of Pinal County. Our patients have access to a full range of excellent health care across our two campuses.Position Summary: Performs a variety of imaging procedures, including X-Ray and CT procedures, and is responsible for patient safety protocols. Functions as the first line interface with customers in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in CQI activities and other activities or duties as assigned by the Director of Imaging. Coordinates with other departments the day-to-day activity for CT/X-Ray safety and procedures.Requirements:
  • Registered as an RT (R) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
  • ARRT certification in X-ray required.
  • BLS
  • 1-2 years experience in CT and X-ray.
  • Staff will be required to float between CT, and X-Ray.
  • Proficiency with most major CT/X-ray equipment, hardware and software (GE, Siemens, Philips).
Preferred:
  • ARRT certification in CT required or must be obtained within 1 year of employment as CT Tech.
  • AZ CRT/CTCT certification granted by MRTBE.
