The candidate will be required to have a broad, coherent, and continuous focus on topics related to: private law, in all its patrimonial and non-patrimonial declinations, consumer law and market law, relationships between principles and general clauses, environment law, new technologies and bio-law.
Specific teaching functions
The candidate will be required to have a broad and continuous teaching activity in undergraduate and graduate courses, in the thematic areas relevant to Private Law.
Elements of appreciation include: Obtaining funding from Italian and foreign institutions, conducting research at prestigious national and international academies, being a member of postgraduate high education schools, holding managerial roles in academic organization or university bodies.
Elements of appreciation are:

- having direction functions in teaching organization or in University bodies.
