Primary Skills Capgemini is seeking a Director/Sr Director level executive as an SAP Principal architect for Retail Industry domain. The Candidate will: Oversee the integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications, third-party solutions, and external interfaces within the retail ecosystem. Understanding of related IT and latest Emerging Technologies Identify potential risks and issues during project execution, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to minimize disruptions and ensure project success. Stay updated on SAP advancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends within the automotive sector, and recommend enhancements to optimize SAP solutions and drive business value. Secondary Skills He/She/They OR, the incumbent will have 16-25 years of experience as a Solution Architect with strong experience in Retail Industry domain with a strong project track record. 12+ years of Retail / FMCG / Apparel industry experience 15+ years of SAP implementation experience with a deep understanding of SAP modules, technologies, and integration points & hands on S/4, preferably in the Retail industry or for a Retail Client. Experience with SAP Retail/Fashion specific applications (Planning, Merchandising, CAR, Pricing and Promotions or Supply Chain, etc) Deep understanding of general business processes within Retail/Food/Fashion Industry Understanding of Retail industry trends and business strategies and models, Retail industry specific business processes, challenges, business drivers/pain points and related best-practice solution architectures. Good experience in SAP SD and MM modules in order to architect the solutions. Should have functional knowledge on SAP on the SAP CAR POSDTA. Experience with SAP Customer Activity Repository (POS DTA, OAA, OPP, DDF, DDF), Assortment Planning is a plus
