DescriptionPurpose:Oversees the day to day operations of the spa by assisting clients and assisting spa techniciansEssential Functions:Receives spa guests, issues lockers, towels, sandals, robes, and ties that fit the needs of the clientExplain to guests how to get prepared for their scheduled serviceBooks appointments for future spa needsTracks client flow throughout the spa and maintain clear communication with each technician regarding client flow and/or any changes in their appointment scheduleRefill professional product used in the spa as requested and necessaryObtains and serves refreshments to guests as requestedCollect soiled linens (including sheets, blankets, towels, robes, etc.) as necessary and place in the appropriate receptaclesFolds and stores laundry as necessaryChange bed and clean rooms before and after each service and assists Spa Technicians with room set-upGeneral cleaning to maintain state board safety and sanitary regulationsKeeps the spa areas spotless at all times during shiftOrder/ pick up spa lunches and/or breakfasts as necessaryPerform all opening, closing, and daily procedures as listed on the current daily procedure checklistCommunicate with spa manager/supervisor any/all relevant informationOther duties as assignedRequirementsPosition Qualifications:High school graduateExcellent communication skillsKnowledge and use of excellent customer service techniques.Esthetic or Cosmetology License (Issued through the State Board)orMassage Therapy License (Issued through State Medical Board)
