- Demonstrate and present Intra-Oral Scanning portfolio, techniques, and use of to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses, and dentist assistants.
- Provide digital product education, product consultation and training to customers, including product presentation and public relation.
- Provide after-sales support.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets through the sale of the company's product or services together with the corresponding Business Unit (OBU & IBU).
- Attend and organize trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
- Attend company meetings, technical data presentation and briefing to support the installation of digital devices and integration of 3rd party software.
- To fully understand the setting up of the digital lab from end to end, from scanning all the way to final restoration and supporting all our end-users.
- To fully understand the devices which are related to digital planning and printing and support the workflow from end to end.
- To fully understand the designing and planning software of treatment and final restoration and be able to guide lab tech on simple design.
- To be the pivotal contact point to global and regional teams cascading information to local teams.
- To be familiar with digital and lab consumables e.g. like resin materials.
- To be the first contact point of training for local teams and first point of contact to download new product training from global or regional teams.
- Work closely with customer service and operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support on Straumann Group’s customers who purchased Straumann digital devices.
- Provide training to all sales teams on digital devices on product demo and detailing on hardware and software.
- To identify and create business opportunities with DSO’s on setting up digital labs within their organization.
- To provide coDiagnostiX, Cares Visual and any other software training to our customers
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
- Junior/Senior Dental Technician or Nurse with an education diploma or bachelor's degree, possessing comprehensive knowledge in implant and tooth-borne prosthetics, and proficient in demonstrating both Digital and Analog skills.
- Proficient in dental CAD and experienced in handling digital workflows within dental laboratories and clinics.
- Enthusiastic about training and education, with a genuine passion for helping others enhance their skills. Demonstrates adaptability to various training environments.
- Sensitive to the diverse backgrounds and skill levels of participants, ensuring individual needs are met.
- Excellent learning and communication skills, both verbally and in written form.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese languages to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, providing a seamless experience for all clients.
- Radiates a positive attitude, unwavering dedication, and contagious enthusiasm for the field.
- Exceptional planning abilities, skilled in prioritizing tasks, and consistently meeting deadlines.
