- Compensation-$60,000-$70,000 (base salary DOE + monthly commission)

- Ownership of the purchase order lifecycle from creation of purchase orders to receipt of product, inclusive of vendor/due date updates, invoice matching, and quality control/returns.
- Maintain MRP data, inclusive but not limited to lead times, unit sizes, minimum order quantities, and preferred vendors.
- Analyze SKU level demand and MRP outputs to assess required needs.
- Communicate supply chain issues and future out of stock situations.
- Build positive relationships with both internal and external suppliers to ensure Woodgrain's supply needs are met.
- Generate weekly reports, such as hot lists, to communicate our greatest needs to our suppliers.
- Drive divisional results using continuous improvement to reduce cost, optimize SKU offering, and achieve key inventory metrics such as turns.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Millwork purchasing experience preferred.
- Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and a strong ability to utilize Excel (Pivot Tables and V-Lookup) and database tools such as BRIO.
- Working experience in ERP software, Agility and/or SAP preferred
- Must be able to effectively write and revise standard operating procedures.
- High level of initiative and follow-through with attention to quality and accuracy preferred.
