This role is located in Pittsburgh - Hybrid.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Manages teams of Business Process Re-engineering professionals and managers. In addition to resource management, there is a strong involvement in developing new as well as existing business.
  • Establishes the strategic approach for business process engineering within assigned area based on broad functional goals.
  • Guides staff in strategies for building adoption and utilization of re-engineering initiatives.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all work conducted by subordinate team aligns to necessary regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years in management preferred.
  • Experience in securities, financial products and/or the finance industry preferred.
  • Six Sigma Master Black Belt and PMP certification preferred.
