You may have worked in the nurse or physician staffing worlds before, and you are ready for an entirely new set of challenges with limitless upside potential. You are a natural relationship builder, able to feel comfortable from the board room, to board shorts. You don't mind traveling but are just as good in the virtual world as you are in person. You are ready to join an existing development team as an integrated member of a small team ready to continue the organization's growth.What you will do
  • Lead, Manage, and be accountable for the growth of regional sales teams
  • Connect with mid and major market EMS agencies and successfully close travel paramedic contracts in alignment with sales goals and measurables.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of contracting, legal, and risk management of travel paramedic growth and development.
  • Establish the national best practice and benchmark for the sales process and cycle for travel paramedicine.
  • Oversee the nurturing and development of all travel paramedic client relationships.
In the first three months, you will
  • Close three new travel paramedic contracts
  • Renew two existing travel paramedic contracts
  • Establish best practices in the sales cycle and leverage the existing CRM to max potential
  • Streamline process between sales, HR, and operations
In the first six months, you will
  • Open and establish strong sales territory in North East and South East US
  • Sell six new travel paramedic contracts
  • Renew four existing contracts
  • Hire two regional sales associates and train them to effectiveness
Top Candidates
  • 15 years of national sales in staffing experience
  • Senior member of a travel healthcare organization
  • Industry leader, highly networked in healthcare and staffing
  • 10 years of development experience
  • Proven track record of managing 10-15 million of sales with 20% growth annually
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5 years in emergency medicine - preferably as a paramedic
  • 5 years of regional sales experience in medicine
  • 3 years experience in staffing sales/ management
  • 3 years experience with Hubspot
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
