Job Description:Royal Ocean Marine is a leading headhunting /recruitment agencies company in the maritime industry. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our client's team in the freight forwarding /liner/NVOCC industries. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, and maximizing revenue. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the maritime industry.Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Generate new business leads and opportunities
Maximize revenue by achieving sales targets
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
Collaborate with other departments in the company to ensure that client needs are being met
Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the maritime industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Willingness to travel as needed
