dunhill - Senior Digital Designer(permanent, Full-Time)HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?As part of an expanding department responsible for all brand visual output, dunhill is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to join the Creative Studio team. This pivotal role involves reporting directly to the Global Creative Content Director and serving as a brand ambassador to elevate all digital design output.The Senior Digital Designer will supervise and coordinate digital design, ensuring consistent and cohesive brand relevance, image, and visuals are communicated across our e-commerce and digital channels.In this role, you will contribute to all phases of the product design process, collaborating with other teams to create world-class experiences and maintaining a high standard for our design output.Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver digital designs across various platforms, including .com, EDM, and social media, with occasional involvement in print
  • Collaborate with Art Directors and Graphic Designers to create pixel-perfect designs
  • Act as the creative lead for seasonal designs on owned platforms, such as .com and EDM
  • Generate highly creative, engaging, and unique concepts and ideas for the design and execution of visual and communication assets
  • Design and manage requests from e-commerce, marketing, press, VM/retail, and design teams
  • Collaborate with the Global Creative Content Director to drive concepts through to design executions
  • Create detailed overview decks for internal sharing or external briefs
  • Implement successful digital media campaigns
  • Create layouts, guidelines, and manage global assets for each season
  • Drive design development and delivery across digital and motion design
  • Grow and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Nurture and mentor junior team members, overseeing and approving all graphic assets produced
  • Produce creative graphic solutions aligned with marketing strategy, fulfilling brand values, and business objectives
  • Develop creative solutions to enhance marketing events and collateral
  • Support other areas of the business graphically, ensuring a clear and creative presentation of information
  • Assist and coordinate the development and design of all creative marketing output, including visual content production, product images, illustration (project basis), digital marketing strategies, printed material, creative film production/directing, and digital layouts and formats
  • Develop graphics to support the brand in marketing events, ensuring consistency across multiple platforms
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment, taking briefings from multiple internal clients, different sources of input, and the Global Creative Content Director.
  • Realize and implement the ideas of the Design Teams
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
  • Previous experience in Digital and Graphic Design
  • Previous involvement in the luxury industry is highly valued
  • Demonstrated proficiency with a strong portfolio encompassing layout, typography, branding, and motion
  • In-depth knowledge of both print and digital design processes
  • Ability to bridge global trends and emerging technologies with design interpretation
  • Established network of skilled designers, illustrators, CGI artists, video editors, printers, and packaging suppliers
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma or Sketch
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Lightroom, and XD
  • Competence in Motion Graphic Software: After Effects and Premier Pro.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel), PowerPoint, and Keynote
  • Experience with 3D software is not necessary but appreciated
  • Skills in typography, branding, and packaging
  • Proficiency in Editorial Design, including campaign layouts and guidelines
  • Excellent understanding of print processes and production
  • Familiarity with Digital User Experience, including wire-framing and process flow is not necessary but appreciated
  • Basic knowledge of Digital Front End technologies such as CSS, HTML, and Javascript is not necessary but appreciated
  • Well-versed in photography, filming, retouching, and video editing
  • Strong file management - ensure all final assets are saved, categorized and accessible from anyone in the company
  • High visual aesthetic and experience of lifestyle or fashion brands
  • Ability to work in a deadline-orientated environment
  • Pragmatic, proactive, fast and methodical approach to work and solutions driven
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and creative thinker with ability to push ideas
  • Ability to work across multiple projects
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong understanding of campaign development and executions
