- Guide and manage the activities of the Account Executives in Indonesia within assigned region to ensure that company revenue goals and objectives are exceeded
- Develop and execute on a business plan to expand business into new accounts
- Display a thorough understanding of business needs and revenue potential for accounts in the assigned region
- Bachelor's Degree
- Exceptional C-level communication skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading or driving enterprise software sales in Indonesia.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and empower employees within a team-oriented approach
- Track record of successfully leading a software company into new territories
- Proficiency in demonstrating SaaS/cloud-based software and discussing it with business leaders
- Expertise in teaching, coaching, and training sales methodologies
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel as needed throughout the region
- Experience in EPM, BI, or ERP software sales
- History of consistently meeting and exceeding team quotas
- Passion for thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Success in selling to Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales/Sales Operations
