Subject Mastery Tutor - Boston

• Maintain an accurate calendar and be available at least 10 hours a week, in the Boston area, during the school day.
• Conduct formal and informal assessments to track student progress to ensure mastery-based learning.
• Provide positive and constructive feedback to set short term and long term academic goals through detailed notes after each session.
• Offer feedback on progress to students' parents and teachers where appropriate
• Engage with the team, and communicate openly and regularly with those who support you.

• You are computer literate and have excellent communication skills.
• You are reliable and punctual and live within a reasonable commute to Boston.
• You know how to connect with your students.
• You want to be a part of an exciting company as it grows.
• You have a passion for inspiring students to reach their full potential.
• You have at least one year of teaching and/or tutoring experience.
• You are eligible to work in the U.S. and can successfully complete a federal I-9 form and a national background check.
