- Managing and Monitoring Basic Support (BS) Grant and Pre-ETS sub-grant, Supported Employment Grant, and other grants as needed.
- Managing all Match, program income funds, as well as cash activity.
- Monitoring Match and MOE requirements related to the Department's Basic Support grant and Pre-ETS set aside.
- Assisting in the developing/implementing agency policies and procedures related to the administration of the grants.
- Preparing and submitting required grant reports as outlined in the grant award.
- Providing updates for RSA-17, State Plan and accountability report.
- Maintaining the grant master data in SCEIS reporting system for all Agency grants (with the exception of the DDS grant).
- Managing and monitoring Basic Support Matching Funds.
- Managing and monitoring Program income revenue and cash.
- Preparing Basic Support Quarterly RSA-17 Reports and semi-annual RSA-17 reports for grants after 10/01/2023.
- Preparing SF-425 Reports for Supported Employment Grants.
- Updating fiscal data table for RSA-17 as needed.
- Monitoring and Managing capital project expenditures according to federal requirements.
- Utilizing SCEIS reporting system as needed.
- Preparing annual SEFA.
- Preparing annual Master, Fund Balance and Grants/Contribution Revenue and Subsequent Events reporting packages.
- Directing and managing the work of the Grants and Funds Department accountants.
- Providing supervision of the unit to include training, career development, administrative requirements, and the achievement of production and accuracy standards.
- Completing the Comptroller General's Monthly checklist for Basic support grant.
- Developing, managing, and overseeing the Personnel Activity Reporting System that tracks the cost of employees, relating to costing services and additional costing tracking as required by WIOA.
- Other duties as assigned, including training backup staff, and assisting other accounts.
- At least two years experience with SCEIS or SAP
