- 2+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Experience working with Adobe Acrobat or other PDF software for document conversion, editing, and annotation.
- Exposure to project management tools like Airtable, Asana, Jira, Monday, or Trello.
- Document Management: Create, edit, and meticulously organize documents using tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Communicate seamlessly with internal stakeholders through both verbal and written channels.
- HR Experience: Basic understanding of human resources processes, policies, and compliance.
