Next Generation Child Care is seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in lesson planning, curriculum development, and childhood development.**Responsibilities:**- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards- Utilize learning technology to enhance classroom instruction- Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly**Requirements:**- CDA or degree in Education or related field- Experience working with students in an educational setting- Knowledge of early intervention strategies- Ability to educate students in various subjects including Math and Physical Education- Familiarity with Deaf education is a plus- Strong communication and organizational skills- Love and patience for childrenJoin our team and make a difference in the lives of students through innovative teaching methods and personalized instruction.Responsibilities
- Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
- Design a daily and weekly schedule
- Provide basic care and caregiving activities
- Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
- Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities
- Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider
- Strong understanding of child development
- Patient, kind, and nurturing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- First aid/CPR certified
