- Act as a process specialist in the area of smelting in our Smelting team, specializing especially on secondary smelting
- Carry out process design calculations
- Create/make process documentation in the Basic Engineering/Detail Engineering projects
- Carry out multilevel pre-studies, feasibility studies etc. for customers worldwide
- Create materials for technical training of the smelter equipment and process, and participate in giving training both in the back office and at customer sites
- Participate in cold and hot commissioning at customer site typically as part of a team
- Provide technology support to sales and services and customer support for smelter process and equipment
- Provide support in preparing proposals to smelter sales
- You have a Process Engineering degree in Metallurgy paired with a good understanding of physical/chemical thermodynamics
- You can efficiently create technical material in written form
- You are fluent in written and verbal English, other language skills are seen as an asset
- You possess the skill to effectively and persuasively communicate your achievements and results
- You can work independently, but also enjoy working as a part of a team
- Open mind, flexibility and good initiative
- Good interpersonal skills to work also at customer sites in a multinational environment
- You can solve problems and manage multiple assignments, priorities and deadlines
