We are looking for a professional within one of the following areas, Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Modern Workplace, Cyber Security or ServiceNow.   • Facilitate strategy development to maintain an innovative and business-oriented culture, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Business Areas and Global Business Services (GBS - the shared service center in Hydro) in demand management and business planning
  • Connect the shaping and safeguarding requirements and guidelines from GRIT to the product portfolio, ensuring alignment and adherence to governance requirements
  • Establish and maintain roadmaps and lifecycle management for the portfolio, executing portfolio risk assessments and ensuring compliance with governance requirements
  • Execute portfolio management, including strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, performance reporting, and business planning processes, setting requirements for delivery organizations
Desired qualifications:
  • Degree in engineering, IT, business administration or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Modern Workplace, Cyber Security or ServiceNow
  • Solid business and IT understanding with a commercial mindset
  • Experience with project management and value-based delivery models, such as product management

You have proven organizational and communication skills enabling you to align vision, build strategy, and deliver effective business outcomes. You like to work with IT, coupled with the ability to adapt to changing priorities based on stakeholder feedback.
