  • Make over 75 daily B2B outbound cold calls to generate new leads.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Research and identify new prospects, adding them to our CRM.
  • Qualify new leads and maintain a clean and organized CRM database of prospective clients.
  • Participate in quarterly volunteering and social events to foster team camaraderie and community service.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; college degree is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B outbound calls or sales, with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and independent working skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with a detail-oriented mindset.

  • Base Salary: $45,000 annually
  • Commission Bridge: Available while you learn the job
  • Performance-Based Pay: Earn additional compensation for each appointment set and take a percentage of closed deals from appointments you set
  • On-Track Earnings: Over $70,000 per year
