- Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
- Keeps menus clean and organized.
- Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
- Support F&B Team Members to keep the dining areas are cleaned, organized, replenished and ready for service.
- 18+ years old
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
- Desire to grow career and learn new skills.
- Ability to obtain Gaming License.
- Previous experience within the Food & Beverage Industry at a Casino and/or Hotel.
- Washington State Food Handler's Permit (must be willing to obtain within 30 days of employment).
- Class 12 or 13 Alcohol Server Permit (must be willing to obtain within 30 days of employment).
