- Perform paint inspection after baking
- Identify material finish good, scrap, rework
- Maintain continuous contact with all areas to propose improvements in the process and quality of painted products using paint quality tools such as:
- Ishikawa diagram, 5 Why's, 8 Disciplines looking for root cause, containment and define the contremesures .
- Ensuring compliance with the daily schedule of the painting process.
- Bachelor Degree
- Intermediate English skills
- Strong experience in painting
- Knowledge of handling and flow of painted materials to assembly.
- Experience as Leader
- This painting position requires the ability to perform all essential tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Advanced Excel, ERP skills.
- 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, heavy equipment or aerial work with construction platforms.
- Knowledge in lean manufacturing, production, quality, laboratory, handling of painted materials and their different flows to assembly.
- Paint ware house management.
- Labor conflict resolution for administrative and unionized personnel.
- Knowledge of GES 1140.
