- Reviews and enters data from timesheets and daily tickets for job cost tracking.
- Saves and maintains data in the company system.
- Act as a liaison between team members and vendors, communicating with them through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Aids estimating team as needed including potential bid opportunities and bid preparation.
- Assists Human Resources with the hiring and orientation process of TKC.
- Assists safety team in administration duties.
- Assists payroll department with data entry and reporting for TKC.
- Assists Accounting with submitting all project-related documentation.
- Review all project-related documents and ensure they are compliant.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Experience with construction
- Must be detail-oriented, punctual, and work well within a team.
- Initiate tasks and execute them accurately.
- Ability to administer several tasks independently and concurrently.

- High degree of maturity and business judgment.
- Possess a positive attitude and work ethic.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Gnat Chart).
