- Structure, negotiate and finalize strategic partnerships that drive revenue and brand awareness for the company including in-game integration, out of game sponsorships, dynamic media campaigns and retail/QSR promotions
- Work closely with colleagues on 2K Global Partnerships and Licensing to manage and support all of 2K's external partners including asset delivery and approvals
- Develop sales toolkit including pitch presentations, one-sheets, case studies,, media valuation and industry benchmark analysis
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all partners, agencies and licensors
- Seek out partnership opportunities with league partners and in new categories to maximize the revenue potential of 2K IP while maintaining brand integrity
- Work cross-functionally with other internal 2K teams across Licensing, Business Units, Commercial, Product Marketing, Brand and Development to craft and execute well-rounded partnership programs that achieve the partner's goals
- Collaborate with 2K legal counsel to review NDA's and develop contracts. Work closely with other internal stakeholders such as 2K Finance to ensure incoming revenue is being properly tracked and invoiced
- Develop strong and accurate partner recap reports inclusive of in and out of game metrics across owned channels (i.e., in-game ads, social media metrics)
- Revenue forecasting, tracking & category analysis
- Retail promotion analysis
- Must be open to travel at least once/quarter
- BS/BA Required; MBA preferred
- 5+ years in partnerships and/or sales, preferably with some exposure to interactive entertainment brands; video game, sports and/or media experience, a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Extremely organized, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently across multiple products & groups
