- The compensation our client offers is a base salary (up to $82,000 for experienced LMHPs) plus a 20% stipend of the base salary, paid on each check throughout the year.

- The base salary range for licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is between $50,000 and $81,000 (plus an additional 20% stipend)
- The base salary range for resident therapists (LMHP-R) is between $46,000 and $72,000(plus an additional 20% stipend)

- Base Salary Range: $45,365 to $81,293 - amount determined by licensure status and years of experience.
- Must have completed a 60-credit Master’s Degree (with 600 completed intern hours) in relevant Human Service field (Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology)

- 37.5 Hour workweek – most clinicians work three 12.5 hour shifts per week
- Rotating on-call (limited) any on-call shifts a clinician picks up receives $10/hr for being available by phone, and if you are called to an emergency, your standard hourly pay kicks in, in addition to the extra $10 on top of your hourly rate.
- Flexible scheduling – some candidates will work 4 days a week or 5 with shorter shifts.
- First response clinician to emergencies within the Emergency Department at the local hospital.
- Conduct Screening Assessments to refer each client in crisis to an appropriate level of care (ranging from community outpatient services to inpatient psychiatric hospital admissions)
- Address and evaluate psychiatric and substance abuse emergencies with patients of all ages
- Complete 2 to 5 months of supervised on-job training and classroom training, in addition to obtaining Certified Pre-Screener status with the State of Virginia (provided and paid for by employer)
- Case by case: follow up appointments with clients in crisis until they are referred to other providers within the community
- Most calls will be taken in the Emergency Department, however some clients may be walk-ins to the outpatient clinic that are in crisis.
