- Collaborate with Global or Lead HR Business Partners to assist designated business/client groups
- Serve as the primary liaison for specific levels within client groups for daily HR concerns under the supervision of Global or Head HR Business Partners
- Offer advisory services, guidance, coaching, andmentorship to designated client groups or levels within the organization regarding organizational issues, including, but not limited to:
- Overall talent strategy encompassing organizational structure, design, and succession planning
- Initiatives to enhance the employee experience, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention
- Facilitation of major annual processes such as performance management, promotions, compensation, and workforce planning and budgeting
- Providing feedback to employees, aiding in career development, addressing under-performance, managing disciplinary actions, and handling separations
- Facilitating employee transfers and promotions, as well as voluntary and involuntary separations, conducting exit interviews and separation meetings
- Stay informed about market developments to offer proactive business insights
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to implement business priorities and achieve objectives, including:
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition to assess candidates, manage vacancies, and contribute to hiring decisions and compensation discussions as necessary
- Engaging with Talent Development to enhance employee growth and development
- Assisting Reward initiatives in the annual compensation process and benchmarking endeavors
- Collaborating with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts to drive impactful engagement initiatives in line with diversity and inclusion goals
- Working with HR Operations to utilize metrics and data for tailored solutions
- Assist Global or Lead HR Business Partners in various HR-related tasks and initiatives
- Stay updated on legal requirements related to employee management to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance, collaborating with the legal department as required
- Analyze HR trends and metrics with the HR team to devise strategies, programs, and policies
- Support the Talent Management team in executing projects aligned with strategic goals
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6-8+ years of HR experience; 4+ with client facing, business partnering responsibilities
- Experience within the Financial Services industry (Investment Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity) required
- Experience supporting an employee population of at least 200-300 professionals
- Base salary $135,000 - $175,000 commensurate on experience
