About the roleThis role is focused on supporting Group IT HRBPs from different regions by defining, executing, and continuously improving administrative HR processes. Responsibilities include structuring and standardizing global HR administrative processes (such as FTE reporting, HR KPIs, org charts, and reward and recognition program administration), assessing and implementing optimal ways of working to reduce workload and enhance accuracy, and maintaining clear and close communication with HRBPs to ensure understanding, comprehension, and alignment of expectations within the team.*Please apply with an English CVKey Job AccountabilitiesHR Processes:
  • By working close to HRBPs, propose workflows and timeline to execute the HR processes.
  • Ensure clarity on roles and responsibilities and keep constant alignment with the team.
  • Constant look for process improvement to optimize transactional workload and enhance HR team´s efficiency, keeping an eye on accuracy and agility.
HR Reporting & Analytics:
  • Monthly update database of active IT co-workers by region (APAC, EMEA, NA and LATAM)
  • Monthly control of new hires, leavers and internal movements, assuring proper updates in SuccessFactors.
  • Periodically provide demographic analysis of IT population (e.g.: age, gender, seniority, performance management status, anniversaries…).
  • Structure and maintain HR KPIs for IT population (e.g.: turnover rates, main reasons for leaving the company, # of promotions/ salary adjustments…).
  • Monthly control of new hires to provide an information for Cyber Security Training
  • Org charts monthly update.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Administration or related areas.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative positions ideally in multinational companies. Desired background in HR and/or interest to work on the area.
  • Desired advanced level of English for written and verbal skills. Spanish skills will be a plus.
  • Good knowledge and use of Excel/ Microsoft package in general.
  • Proactive, ability to work independently and come up with solutions to resolve potential challenges
