- By working close to HRBPs, propose workflows and timeline to execute the HR processes.
- Ensure clarity on roles and responsibilities and keep constant alignment with the team.
- Constant look for process improvement to optimize transactional workload and enhance HR team´s efficiency, keeping an eye on accuracy and agility.
- Monthly update database of active IT co-workers by region (APAC, EMEA, NA and LATAM)
- Monthly control of new hires, leavers and internal movements, assuring proper updates in SuccessFactors.
- Periodically provide demographic analysis of IT population (e.g.: age, gender, seniority, performance management status, anniversaries…).
- Structure and maintain HR KPIs for IT population (e.g.: turnover rates, main reasons for leaving the company, # of promotions/ salary adjustments…).
- Monthly control of new hires to provide an information for Cyber Security Training
- Org charts monthly update.
- Bachelor degree in Administration or related areas.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative positions ideally in multinational companies. Desired background in HR and/or interest to work on the area.
- Desired advanced level of English for written and verbal skills. Spanish skills will be a plus.
- Good knowledge and use of Excel/ Microsoft package in general.
- Proactive, ability to work independently and come up with solutions to resolve potential challenges
