Join our team as a Memory Care and Programming Director, where every resident is treated with dignity and care. If you are passionate about developing and implementing exceptional programs for residents, we would love to meet you. We are looking for a motivated and customer-orientated individual to become the primary program developer and implementer for our Assisted Living Facility. In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our programming as well as resident and family satisfaction.This is a full-time position Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday hours.What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in therapeutic recreation
- At least 2 years in a programs related position with leadership and supervision experience, preferably in an assisted living setting
