- Drive and co-create Division Media Plan for Notino together with countries and Division zone, support the countries to achieve Division Europe targets and work closely with the client to achieve European Division goals.
- Monitor and evaluate efficiency of Media Activities. Assess each touch point's effectiveness in terms of achieving its intended purpose against both business and consumer experience objectives.
- Guide countries in best-in-class execution and activation, in line with client's standards and ways of working. Support countries on finding the best Activation mix for each country, facilitating learnings from different countries and benchmarking vs. Division Europe results.
- Recommend the right mix of business drivers by tracking and drawing conclusions from specific digital, media and e-commerce KPIs. Track and understand the consumer experience across channels.
- Work closely with the zone marketing and digital teams to lead an Activation frame for countries (Media plan). Builds selling stories together with countries to achieve best visibility for our brands at Notino to maximize sell out towards final consumers on Europe level.
- Contribute on other Notino specific projects agreed with N+1, driving business though improved activation
- Work in close cooperation with NEXT PPD Media Manager
- At least 3+ years of experience, preference: digital / marketing
- Really good at cooperation & communication, coordination skills
