- Assess individual preferences to tailor trips that cater to their specific needs.
- Engage in continuous training to attain and uphold travel certification.
- Participate in webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in specific destinations.
- Budget reviews and planning to ensure trips align with clients' financial constraints.
- Develop promotional materials for effective marketing.
- Handle all aspects of travel bookings (flights, car rentals, accommodations, cruises, ticket/event sales, etc.).
- Maintain clear communication with clients before and after their travels.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during bookings or travel on behalf of clients.
- Network with tour operators to explore potential packages for clients.
- Flexible part-time or full-time commitment.
- Minimum age of 18 and authorized to work in the US.
- Effective communication skills with a strong sales background as a plus.
- Smartphone with internet access required; laptop recommended but not mandatory.
- Personal travel experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
