- Participates in HR software implementation, maintenance, enhancement, and related processes.
- Under the guidance of the HRMS Manager, collects, inputs, audits, corrects, and reports employee-related information. Audits may include, but are not limited to, digital and hardcopy job applicant data, personnel data and files, I-9 forms, and employee onboarding.
- Provides customer support to troubleshoot and resolve internal and external user-reported technical difficulties.
- Proactively suggests system improvements to optimize the software-in-use, streamline system workflow, and elevate the user experience.
- Learns all aspects of the HRMS and documents its processes, workflows, and resolved cases.
- Assists the development and deployment of user training and web-based guides.
- Performs related duties as assigned or apparent.
- Minimum 2 years of HR technology experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
- Knowledge of HR business practices, advanced excel report-writing skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred.
- Ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy and organization.
- Ability to manage multiple programs and meet deadlines, collaborate with stakeholders, and analyze diverse facts to develop clear and concise reports and recommendations.
- Mature professional attitude with considerable discretion, including ability to manage confidential information.
- Ability to perform with considerable independence and initiative.
