- Meets and exceeds revenue goals by developing new accounts and growing current hotel accounts.
- Effectively move share from competitors to Midas hotel, achieving desired RevPAR index goals.
- Actively solicit business via phone, telemarketing, cold calls, warm calls, and site visits.
- Consult with the General Manager and Corporate Director of Revenue Management on rate/inventory suitability of potential group business and review STAR Reports to insure hotel is positioned in the market properly.
- Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction.
- Execute a territorial marketing strategy to capture the maximum amount of revenue.
- Prepare status and period end reports.
- At least one year in a Director of Sales position (or similar role) at a hotel.
- Experience working in a hotel setting is a must
- Outside sales calls are required. Personal vehicle is required for travel.
