This is an exciting time in our history, and by creating a new and ambitious path, it will provide a unique opportunity for us all, both professionally and personally.Join us as a Founder of our 'new' Sandoz!The Automation & Integration Solution Engineer will support the Solution Owner by translating the business requirements into technical solutions and will also define required technical enablers to keep the solutions in good health. Will work with providers, partners, and operational support teams to ensure standard use and availability of automation and integration platforms.Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Actively contribute to professional and reliable technology delivery for business automation and integration systems, platforms, and processes for business globally. .
Accountable to support planning, defining, and developing high-level designs for automation and/or integration solutions
Accountable to align with Domain Architects and assess, implement, and monitor platform capabilities and standards.
Contribute enterprise grade and state of the art Solution Design & Architecture standards with maximizing re-usability, configurability and scalability.
Ensure top class and state of the art engineering delivery, code management, implementation of standards and strive for highest efficiencies from platforms.
Supporting Solution Owners in developing solution roadmaps, incl. evaluating change & run decisions
Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing deploying new standards or solutions.

Role RequirementsWhat you'll bring to the role:Essential Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in an IT organization, including in a role as a Solution Engineer
Fluent in written and spoken English
Proven experience in integration platforms.

Desirable Requirements:

degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science or related field is a plus
Certification in and/or experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies is a plus
Certification or accreditation in enterprise architecture, The Open Group Architecture Foundation (TOGAF), or related certification is a plus
Experience with hybrid cloud environments is a plus
Experience in product delivery is a plus

Competences/ Skills:
- Power Automate Desktop or similar technologies,
-Experience in AI platforms
- Experience in one or more of the Middleware technologies such as SAP PI/PO, CPI, BOOMI, Mulesoft or similar

Experienced in collaborating with global teams across wide geographies
Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills to present features and solution recommendations to senior stakeholders.
