- Develop the Company's coworking product by identifying design ideas, trends, and new product specifications to evolve design standards and improve physical workplace products
- Manage and iterate on the Company's international product guidelines and standards with a focus on translating product frameworks into actionable and buildable guidelines to support global business growth.
- Ensure that the Company's product standards and guidelines are followed in design decision-making by internal and external teams
- Act as the product point-person for all vendors, including Architects of Record, Design Managers, Construction Project Managers, external consultants and landlord teams.
- Develop the short and long-term roadmap of product initiatives for the organization's physical product (e.g. coworking space; commercial retail), being responsible for product strategy alignment across the Real Estate, Construction, Unit Ops, Sales and Digital teams.
- Manage direct reports with the ultimate goal of evaluating the business feasibility for new deal opportunities, including but not limited to test fits, product pilots and deal underwriting.
- Leverage data from the Financial Planning and Analytics team (eg. occupancy, utilization rates, etc) and Operations team (eg. customer feedback, observational data) to drive product performance and optimization.
- Articulate the value proposition for proposed product changes, communicate their anticipated impact on key metrics and gather buy-in from all levels of the organization, including executive stakeholders
- Push for continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for the Company to be more effective in its processes and workflows
- Drive design vision, strategy, and execution across the Company.
- Foster positive culture for the Company's growing team.
- Master's degree in business administration, architecture or related.
- 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer or related.
- 2 years of experience in Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong design and critical thinking skills, and knowledge of building and zoning codes are required.
- Architecture License is required.
