Its expertise and closely managed supply chain have been behind some of Damen’s most important deliveries to date, fully illustrating the group’s diverse product portfolio.The role The Team Leader / Foreman is responsible with the management and organization of the teams in order to ensure the production process in accordance with the established production schedule, respecting the technology and the specific consumption rules.Key accountabilities - Responsible for the quality of the work carried out by his team
- Ensures that the work is carried out within the time, cost and quality standards
- Is responsible for training subordinate staff with quality requirements, work methods, how to operate equipment etc.
- Establishes and assigns work to members of the team
- Follows up the implementation of the work plan, attends production meetings at the Factory
- Manages the budget allocated for production workSkills & experience - Batchelor's Degree - technical profile / high school / vocational school
- Good PC operation knowledge, ability to use MS Office
- Knowledge of English - preferably at an intermediate level
- Experience in team organization and leadership practices, planning activities for team members
- Professional efficiency (ability to complete as efficiently as possible all the tasks and duties assigned, planning the sequence of activities to meet deadlines)
- Decision-making skills and ability to take responsibility
