Lead BartenderMix alcoholic, nonalcoholic, and coffee drinks for guests in one of Five dining outlets.Bartender Responsibilities.   • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Oversee the opening, side and closing duties of dining areas and ensure tables are properly set.
  • Train new waitstaff and ensure they follow restaurant policies.
  • Assist manager in inventory counts and orders supplies as needed.
  • Aid in development and creation of innovative and eye-catching cocktails using quality ingredients and premium spirits.
  • Maintain inventory levels of pre-made cocktail batches to meet demand during peak hours.
  • Prepare and store house-made ingredients such as syrups, infusions, and bitters according to standard recipes.
  • Prepare and maintain a variety of garnishes including fruits, herbs, and more.
  • Ensure garnishes are fresh, visually appealing, and enhance the overall presentation of cocktails.
  • Monitor the quality and consistency of cocktails, ensuring they meet established standards.
  • Taste test ingredients regularly to maintain flavor profiles.
  • Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Perform routine inspections of bar equipment and report any issues or malfunctions.
  • Maintain a temperature log of all refrigerators housing bar stock/ingredients.
  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol and sanitation procedures.
  • Ensure responsible service of alcohol and comply with age verification requirements.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and personalized service.
  • Educate customers about cocktail ingredients, flavor profiles, and pairing suggestions.
  • Own the wood while monitoring the service printer.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Essential skills and experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 Years bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
  • The ability to multitask while providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and provide direction to restaurant employees.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must have or be able to obtain within the introductory period, the following: TAPS card and Food Handlers Card.Physical demands and work environment: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
