- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
- Oversee the opening, side and closing duties of dining areas and ensure tables are properly set.
- Train new waitstaff and ensure they follow restaurant policies.
- Assist manager in inventory counts and orders supplies as needed.
- Aid in development and creation of innovative and eye-catching cocktails using quality ingredients and premium spirits.
- Maintain inventory levels of pre-made cocktail batches to meet demand during peak hours.
- Prepare and store house-made ingredients such as syrups, infusions, and bitters according to standard recipes.
- Prepare and maintain a variety of garnishes including fruits, herbs, and more.
- Ensure garnishes are fresh, visually appealing, and enhance the overall presentation of cocktails.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of cocktails, ensuring they meet established standards.
- Taste test ingredients regularly to maintain flavor profiles.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Perform routine inspections of bar equipment and report any issues or malfunctions.
- Maintain a temperature log of all refrigerators housing bar stock/ingredients.
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol and sanitation procedures.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol and comply with age verification requirements.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and personalized service.
- Educate customers about cocktail ingredients, flavor profiles, and pairing suggestions.
- Own the wood while monitoring the service printer.

- 2 Years bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
- The ability to multitask while providing exceptional guest service.
- Ability to effectively communicate and provide direction to restaurant employees.
- Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and peripheral vision. Employee may be required to pass a functional capacity test developed for this job.
