• Generate reports and analyze partner performance to drive business growth and improve their effectiveness.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, enabling them to focus on closing deals and driving revenue.
• Resolve non-technical issues and provide exceptional customer service to partners and advertisers.
• Track partner interactions and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance and maximize solutions' effectiveness.

• 5+ years' experience in advertising, media, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
• Sales, consulting, partner sales, or program management experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis experience.
