- Administer, install, and configure Control-M components like Server, EM, Agents and CM Module
- Troubleshoot and resolve Control-M system issues within set timelines
- Maintain and operate Control-M Server and EM for batch scheduling
- Oversee application support operations, ensuring resilience and performance
- Perform updates and patching for Control-M and operating systems
- Address security vulnerabilities across Control-M, OS and Database with vendor support
- Manage and coordinate the resolution of production incidents, conducting post-mortem analysis
- Investigate and resolve production incidents using data-driven analysis
- Document post-incident recovery steps for root cause analysis and process improvement
- Proficient in Control-M administration, operating at Level 2/3 support for intricate infrastructures and environments, capable of troubleshooting administrative issues within the Control-M setup
- Good exposure of testing, evaluating, and deploying new Control-M functionality and / or fix packs released by the vendor and suggest value addition that reflects extensive knowledge on handling installation, upgrades and maintaining Control-M and related applications
- Exposure in fixing vulnerabilities across Control-M, OS and database
- Familiar with Unix/Linux, Windows and iSeries/AS400 Platforms
- Competent in Unix scripting, capable of scripting to support automation initiatives (preferred)
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and other Service Management Frameworks
- Knowledgeable about Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with them
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience of using DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, Ansible etc.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud platform components like Compute Engine, Cloud SQL and Kubernetes would be advantageous
