- Monitor turnover and market share targets in line with implemented strategies.
- Proactively monitor market and consumer data to understand opportunity areas and risks.
- Monitor the implementation of Danone's sales principles in line with the principles.
- Establish strong communication and collaboration with the customer and ensuring mutual success by understanding their business needs.
- See opportunities for sales growth and support the management of large customers.
- Implement excellent sales strategies with the customer.
- Provide regular warehouse, store visits to develop relationships with customers and business partners.
- Regular and active budget management with the customers.
- Provide support to the customer in collaborations with our customers, contract negotiations and all other processes.
- Responsible for customer revenue, share and sales basics.
- Conduct regular customer reviews to identify opportunities and focus areas.
- Take action based on sales performance analysis.
- Support the Commercial Strategies team with customer-related business development opportunities.
- Work with the PRGM teams to expand product offerings and increase market penetration.
- Ensuring the right effort in line with company goals in collaboration with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Trade Strategy and Supply Chain teams.
- Effectively inform internal stakeholders about sales performance.
- Liaise with demand and customer relations department to ensure product availability.

- Graduated from related undergraduate departments of universities.
- Preferably with 3 or more years of experience in FMCG, working with customers such as NKA, LKA, Discount Markets.
- Experience in pricing, consumer and field operations related to the sector.
- Preferably able to collaborate with other sales teams (category & channel development, etc.).
- Able to be in close contact with the team and customers.
- Intermediate or higher level of English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- B class driver's license
