- Ensure personal safety, food safety and quality protocols are followed.
- Operate & maintain different equipment combination on the line according to needs to build technical mastery, delivers overall SQCDSM-Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale targets for their equipment during shift. Increase capability with time to be able to flow to work, operate and maintain different equipment(s) according to the needs and builds technical mastery. Understand the losses in their area and equipment and takes appropriate actions to highlight, plan and eliminate them.
- Execute all standard work processes on line equipment as per AM-Autonomous maintenance, PM-Progressive Maintenance standards, standard work processes on their equipment during shifts and owns one or more SWP's (Standard Work Procedures) or systems (HS&E, Quality, AM, PM, Education &Training, Production Planning, and materials s call offs) at the shift level. Support any new NPD's-New product development. commissioning, qualification, and verification work.
- Carry out Safety processes (e.g., Safety maps, LOTO-Lock out Tag out, BOS-Behavior Observation System and RCA-Root cause analysis) and Quality assurance/ control activities on the line as defined, to ensure Zero harm & 100 % good quality products.
- Leadership role on the line for core team; Represent Mfg. Line Manager as needed and ensures that all resources (Raw & pack materials, consumables, manpower) are available during the shift and takes decisions & ownership on overall SQCDSM deliverables during the shift. Lead line handover meetings during the shift and communicates the shift action plan to shift team.
- Plays a Lead role in shutdown maintenance, root cause analysis, stops reduction, loss analysis and breakdown elimination, supporting new NPD-New product development, Commissioning, Qualification and Verification work. Is responsible for qualification of colleagues on skill matrices defined for different roles to build and sustain technical mastery within the teams.

- Advanced knowledge (including AM Step 4 systems & PM Step 3) & skill to maintain the dedicated equipment(s) at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (Break down maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment(s).
- Total Productive Maintenance & 6 Sigma tools & application including qualification of AM step 5-6, and PM step 3.
- The capability to lead a Line team. Qualify and coach the work process owners and drive the common opportunity areas across the line in PDCA approach. Ability to tactfully handle challenging interpersonal situations, possess team leadership traits with strong communication skills and an attention to details.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- 3 years of related experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment a plus.
