- Develop and maintain multiple WordPress websites, including management of content, plugins, forms, tracking tools, integration and conversion rate optimization
- Manage timely and effective delivery of web projects including product and campaign launches and implementation of new features or functionality
- Troubleshoot to maintain high level of uptime
- Provide ideas and insights to improve the web experience and conversion rates, including leveraging A/B testing and analytics and tools to drive growth for the company
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define audience goals, user journeys, and information architecture to build outstanding web experiences
- Build and update web pages within our content management system, ensuring pages are adaptable, are of high quality, and adhere to brand standards
- Create digital assets to deliver a visually pleasing web experience for users; strong attention to detail and ability to develop and utilize digital/web assets in a marketing capacity to drive conversions and improve the user experience
- Provide insights and expertise related to the implementation of an ecommerce platform to drive improved web purchases and cart abandonment marketing, providing insights and technical recommendations and working with in-house development team to deliver a front-end shopping cart solution tied to back-end customer database
- Provide regular reports and analysis using analytics tools, demonstrating data to make recommendations and find opportunities for A/B testing
- Stay current with new industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape; hold the brand to a high standard, providing problem solving and innovative solutions to meet needs and achieve business objectives
- Publish and manage content to deliver highest possible SEO value of content and edit current content for best SEO value; provide input/feedback to content creators regarding backlinks, keywords, metadata, etc. for best overall ranking for targeted keywords and audiences
- Ensure projects are executed efficiently and on-schedule to meet objectives
- Manage/maintain chatbot/livechat tool, forms, survey tools, video assets and more for the best user experience, providing insights and improvements on an ongoing basis and ensuring uptime and quality control/delivery of leads/ecommerce purchases to integrated tools
- Manage/maintain microsites and landing pages for a variety of end user experiences, including dynamic/custom content as applicable
- Perform research, analyses, and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy; provide suggestions/solutions for identified problems or areas for improvement
- Assist in execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels
- Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs
- Contribute to other web projects and initiatives as deemed vital
- Conduct research and website surveys when required
- Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in web development and/or web marketing
- Proficiency with WPEngine, Google Analytics and WordPress site management
- Proficient in the WordPress ecosystem and working with 3rd party plugins including WPBakery, Ninja Forms, Yoast, livechat, etc.
- Experience managing/developing/implementing shopping cart solutions a plus
- Knowledge of website best practices and Web Accessibility standards
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Comfortable with GA, PowerPoint, Excel and PowerBI for reporting/presenting of results
- Ability to create and edit graphics/assets using Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with product launches or integrated marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with UX principles
- A/B testing experience
- Certifications are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent work ethic

- Strong understanding of and experience with utilizing web assets as a marketing tool to drive sales and support/improve brand awareness
- Working knowledge of marketing concepts and data analytics

- Experience in planning and leading initiatives; ability to evaluate a situation, problem solve, develop solutions/steps needed to achieve the end result and execute on the solution
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize
- Ability to supervise and lead multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines

- Able to sit for eight hours (duration of shift)

- Employee will be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time (including occasional visits to field work sites, if applicable).
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (may be required to work more than 40 hours per week as needed)

- Some travel is required
