Above all, we believe that collaboration is the best way forward.Primary ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Transportation EIT/Designer, we'll count on you to:
  • Support Rail and Transit Project Managers and Engineers to develop track and civil design plans, specifications, and cost estimates
  • Take responsibility for civil and track engineering assignments, including drainage, roadway and utilities tasks
  • Develop design criteria, project guides, project meeting notes, and project controls while supporting Project Manager
  • Work independently on small projects or assist more senior engineers on larger projects
  • Give direction to clerical and technical personnel as needed
  • Perform other duties as needed
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • EIT (if no EIT, role will be Designer)
  • Hands-on experience with AutoCad C3D, MicroStation and InRoads
  • MS Office Applications experience
  • Strong interest in railroad and transit design

The expected compensation range for this position is $64,400.00 - $105,800.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
