We hold a leading position in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic due to our proficiency in conventional building techniques and our creative use of cutting-edge technologies and delivery methods. The business focuses in the markets for education, healthcare, industrial, and water resources and has worked on projects ranging in size from basic renovations to multimillion dollar ground up design builds. We provide client service to residents of 13 states and counting through the East Coast.We are looking to strengthen our Indy teams as we have projects lined up through 2026 in the greater Indianapolis area. Our office is located on the North East Side near Fishers, and we have projects spanning from Lebanon, to Kokomo, and out to Richmond. Most of our projects in the greater Indianapolis area are industrial design build projects but we are looking to bring in some healthcare and water treatment projects in the coming years.Position Overview: The Project Manager Commercial is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, project management, and implementation, to ensure that the project is delivered on time and on budget and meets the expectations of the customer.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans, scope, schedule, resource allocation, risk assessment, and budget
  • Lead and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful execution of projects
  • Communicate with stakeholders, clients, and team members to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including budget, scope, timeline, quality, and resources
  • Monitor project progress and resources and ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
  • Resolve project issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with industry and company standards and regulations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • Experience in project management, commercial construction, and/or life science
  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • Strong negotiation, financial management, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Project software, LEED accreditation, Microsoft Office, Sage Timberline, ProCore software, Viewpoint, AutoCAD, Primavera, Oracle Scheduling, Heavy Civil, and Industrial
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, administration, mathematics, time management, and public speaking skills
