oriented and experienced accounting team member. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about financial accuracy and enjoys working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.Position Overview: The accounting admin will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and
accurate completion of accounting related tasks in areas related to A/R, A/P, inventory, payroll, & more. This position offers the chance to contribute to the financial success of our organization while working in a supportive and growth-focused company.Responsibilities include:
1. Working in A/R to support the sales team & the accounting office.
2. Gathering information for the accounting office & company management.
3. Assisting in inventory counting & reporting.
4. Responding to customers & vendors on A/R & A/P related issues.
5. Working in the overall documentation process by gathering & filing documents.
6. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and recording of accounting transactions.
7. Assigned tasks & projects from the accounting department & the CEO.Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field is a plus.
2. Proven experience as an accounting related role, A/R is a plus.
3. Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Benefits:
