Computer/laptop with a minimum of Intel Core i3 processor or equivalent. Having a dual screen for increased productivity is a plus. Operating system: Windows 10 or macOS (latest version) with regular updates. RAM: Minimum 4 GB, preferably 8 GB or more for smoother multitasking. Hard drive: At least 128 GB of free storage space for software and data. Functioning webcam and microphone for clear communication. Reliable backup systems for electricity and internet outages in place. Skills and Qualifications Minimum: A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering field. Preferred: Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering field Experience in Python Programming : Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Python programming, including proficiency in Python libraries, frameworks, and best practices for software development. Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform: Demonstrated experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including cloud infrastructure, data storage, compute, and networking services, to develop and deploy scalable solutions. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs): Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Large Language Models such as OpenAI, GPT, BERT, or similar models, including knowledge of model architecture, fine-tuning techniques, and application development. Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, including at least 2 years of experience leading development teams, providing technical guidance, mentoring team members, and driving successful project delivery. Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical requirements, identify innovative solutions, and overcome technical challenges in LLM development.
