As a Night Auditor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.Responsibilities:- Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of hotel financial records
- Verify and balance daily guest accounts and charges
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with guest services, including reservations, room assignments, and special accommodations
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety hazards
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Complete administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reportsRequirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with night audit procedures is highly desirable
