- Ensure the delivery of efficient and secure IT operations, support IT systems that fulfill the needs of the business, and provide input to the development team, technical lead and peers
- Oversee the support processes that include incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management
- Ensure IT strategic service partners provide the required level of service, system performance, and functionality required to meet business commitments
- Support the implementation and management of quality and efficiency improvements of IT service delivery, to drive value and support
- Support market and project testing; support specification, configuration, and sustain activities, utilizing 3rd party services as directed
- Run small-scale projects (managed work activities) for the deployment of functionalities
- Responsible for operational compliance of all technology-related issues across IS/IT, including information security, privacy, business continuity, identity management, user access, and data integrity
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of enterprise level experience supporting, deploying, and executing preventive maintenance in a mission-critical LAN (local area network) and 1+ year of experience supporting network connectivity to and within Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)
- 3+ years of Network Design and project deployment experience
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience supporting and maintaining Cisco hardware/software, switching and routing in on-prem datacenters
- 3+ years of experience working with Network Load balancers
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum framework is preferred
- Experience working with Firewalls is preferred
- Automation (Ansible and Terraform) experience is preferred
- Experience working with or developing Network monitoring tools is preferred
- Understanding of OSI network model, Ethernet, and TCP/IP to perform and analyze packet captures is preferred
