This person must have excellent stakeholder management skills and strong communication with a demonstrated proficiency in forecasting and statistics. This role will require optimizing inventory and encouraging asset utilisation.Key Responsibilities:

Developing and executing the supply plan, implementing strategies to reduce out of stock and over stock issue and determining priorities
Responsible in making adjustments to the operational purchase plan and stock balance
Managing and coordination purchases with respective brands for the monthly replenishment cycles
Key lead in monthly pre S&OP meetings
Assessing the inventory storage capabilities and financial structure of the business
Participating and supporting the process improvement initiatives like implementation of BI tools

Skills & Experience Required:

Have minimum 5 years of relevant work experience within the supply planning space
Preferably from a FMCG background and must be from commercial setting (Non production and non-manufacturing)
Have proficiency experience is using softwares like Microsoft Excel and Power BI
