- User and License Management: Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions. Oversee new user setup and deactivation, ensuring proper access levels and compliance with organizational policies.
- System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce systems to meet the organization's needs. This includes creating and managing custom fields, objects, layouts, workflows, and approval processes.
- Data Management: Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular audits and implementing best practices for data management.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- System Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform regular system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, and health checks. Manage system upgrades and integrations with other applications.
- User Support: Provide prompt and effective support to users, resolving issues and answering questions.
- Training and Documentation: Create and deliver training materials and sessions to help users effectively use Salesforce. Maintain technical documentation for reference and training purposes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and communicate system changes effectively.
- 5+ years of work experience as a Salesforce Administrator with additional experience as a Business Analyst in a business facing environment.
- Specific knowledge in at least one of the following skill sets OmniScript, Financial Services Cloud, CPQ, Field Services Lightning or Service Cloud
- Experience with requirements gathering and UAT.
- Possess at least two Salesforce certifications - Certified Administrator and one other
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products and their functionalities
- Experience in managing user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions
- Proficiency in creating and managing custom fields, objects, layouts, and workflows
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations
- Knowledge of Apex and coding principles
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management
