Witco is seeking a Developmental Support Coordinator to oversee our life skills and social recreation programs.Witco is a not-for-profit community rehabilitation organization helping citizens with disabilities since 1974.The DSC directs, oversees, and monitors developmental and rehabilitation programs for participants with disabilities.The DSC serves as a leader training, supervising and mentoring mission based developmental service staff. High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience managing, training, leading, and inspiring staff.
Experience with case management and person-centered plans.
Proficient in MS Office applications
Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and good driving record.
