- Work alongside Sales, Integrated Marketing, Branded Content, Social Strategy and Influencer teams to brainstorm and build strategic media plans based on advertiser objectives and KPIs
- Maintain a deep understanding of Future's fashion, beauty, and home's business offerings, rate card and site capabilities
- Build media plans that range across scalable budgets that include (but are not limited to) native content, social media, display media, influencer, experiential, etc.
- Support Sales team in client and deal management throughout pre-sale process, responding to client needs surrounding budget changes, media plan revisions, marketplace/ site information and benchmarks
- Support in packaging new opportunities to bring to market
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to use sales tactics to carry client communication from RFP through deal close
- Possess intimate knowledge of client(s) business/brand, competitive environment, industry trends, and their overall marketing plans/goals
- Manage the Insertion Order process with client/agency and internally, ensuring accuracy from a financial, legal and delivery standpoint
- Work closely with Ad Operations team to plan campaigns based on site capabilities and inventory
- Understand marketplace dynamics and become industry expert
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-5+ years experience in media planning/account management
- Experience in building media plans required
- Proficiency in CRM (i.e. Salesforce) and OMS (i.e. OP1)
- Understanding of rates types and performance metrics within digital media landscape
- Experience working with planning for native content a plus
- Must be extremely detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of ad specs and 3rd party tracking capabilities required
