Shift Hours : 2nd or 3rd shift - 2pm to 10pm and 10pm to 6amJob Description :
- Preferred work experience in production & material planning, demand planning, inventory management & handling, Line Operations, and/or Forecasting.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Preferred experience in ERP (SAP) systems and Scheduling systems (Kronos).
- Communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem-solving skills, strong collaboration, and relationship management skills.
- Preferred 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment. Union labor management is a plus
- Strong organizational and technical skills
- Preferred experience in Lean manufacturing and TPM. Continuous Improvement experience including Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis and Breakdown Elimination system.
- Proven leader with strong communication, time management, coaching, priority setting and change management skills.
- SAP Experience preferred
- Food experience preferred
- Union Experience preferred
